Degrees Brewery is part of the Malting and Brewing Research and Education Facility located at Edith Cowan University’s Joondalup Campus in Perth, Western Australia.
Students doing the Graduate Diploma in Brewing at ECU use the brewery to put the theory behind brewing into practice. From milling the grain right through to bottling the finished product, the students get the complete “hands-on” experience of what it takes to be a brewer.
